Opening orders start at $1,000. Reorders start at $500. Each style has its own minimum of 1 to 6 units, listed in the Line Sheet. Need something smaller? Reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Wholesale orders are prepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or ACH bank transfer. We take 50% down to start production, and the balance is due before your order ships.

Every piece is hand-blown and hot-sculpted in our San Antonio hot shop, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Plan on 4 to 6 weeks from order approval. Ordering for the holidays? Get your order in early.

All orders ship FOB San Antonio, which means freight is your responsibility once it leaves our studio. We can bill shipping on your invoice or ship on your own carrier account. Every piece is packed by hand to protect it in transit.

Close, but never identical, and that’s the point. We work without industrial molds, so each piece has its own small variations in size, color, and swirl pattern, plus a pontil mark where it came off the glassblower’s rod. Those details are how you know it was made by hand.

Open and inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If anything was damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the broken piece, the inner packaging, and the outer box. Claims after 48 hours can’t be accepted.
